Humaquina: Manifest Tech-Destiny                                    2003                                   

Humaquina: Manifest Tech-Destiny was included in a show called “R and D: 20 years, 20 artists at the LAB.”  This piece visualizes the posthuman experience of the collapse between the human body, corporations, the military, and digital technology. The LAB installation was a 5 ft x 12 foot version of the digital mural produced by Los Cybrids: La Raza Techno-Critica (1999-2003: Praba Pilar, John Leaños, René Garcia).  Originally presented in San Francisco at Galeria de la Raza as part of their Outdoor Digital Mural series.
