Fidel Castro is found off the coast of Florida illegally accessing high-speed internet in an effort to download stock analysis, news-feeds, and pornography.  Captured by CIA agents he is interrogated and sentenced to forced participation in the popular television show Who Wants To Be a Billionaire?  Los Cybrids: La Raza Techno-Critica (1999-2003: Praba Pilar, John Leaños, René Garcia).
